My Year in Photos 2012
Walking around the streets of Manhattan yesterday, I captured this “exhibit”. I’m not sure how much they were selling for, but I give the vendor credit because it was 20 degrees outside.
Now that is suffering for his Art!
Hopefully s/he made enough to be able to buy dinner. That’s a fine photo and some very interesting pieces of art … I’m glad it didn’t snow on the inventory.
I like that shot a lot. And the artist’s work look pretty interesting too. I wonder how he makes them? Gotta love NYC for its street vendors!
I can’t wait until it’s warm enough to really walk around and capture them in their glory.
I love this – hope things were sold. I am liking following you around NYC so much!
Thanks, Ellen. I love this city! I will have a little surprise change of scenery in the near future, but I’ll keep that secret for now. Not to worry, NYC will continue to dominate my blog!
fine picture of fine pictures, if someone has to live as an artist, this really is not so easy …
Nice capture of a street vendor’s art.
That is one determined vendor! I love his funky style…you did a great job of showing off his art!
Jimi Hendrix has a little psychedelic color to him! I take it that is Mick Jagger under Michael Jackson? I see lips.
I think so……..
God bless his heart. I do like the looks of that art.
A very interesting photo. You encounter so many eclectic and unexpected things in a city.
NYC is wonderfully photogenic. This is a really cool shot of a street vendor’s wares.
Beautiful. I too give them credit for being out there in that cold.
