Damaged
I’ve taken dozens of pictures of this fence at Green-Wood Cemetery. I’m always drawn to it, and it’s definitely Damaged.
I think it looks best in B&W
Here is the same shot with Topaz Adjust “spicify”. It was the only filter that made the grass look green.
With me on the ground, which is fairly normal for me.
Very shabby chic! I love the style of the old cemeteries and the style of your photos of this detail. The second photo is my fave.
Love your pictures, expecially the third, done with Topaz.
The ground level composition is very nice. I also like the black and white for this image.
Very cool fence. the black and white is my favourite though!! Great job.
I agree b and w suits this fence. #2 floats my boat with the angle you chose.
There’s a big creepy eye looking at me in #1. Does this fence encircle graves of monsters?
I agree with you about the B&W. It allows the textures to take center stage, and screen out the distractions.
The black and whites really brings out the grungy textures…I can see why you are drawn to the fence…it is just beautiful (damaged or not)!
I like the interesting angle and soft color on the last one
I love the curves in the shot from the ground, a very striking fence, it must be old to be that worn with time.
